Due to the nature of food products and hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been delivered.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
